Sexual Protocol – Different Positions? (Q&A)
Question:
“Geli, I heard from a Pastor I greatly admire that sex in any other position (i think he said other than “missionary”) is not godly. While I disagree, I would like to read thoughts on if there is infact some sort of sexual protocol? Are there limitations on sexual expression between husband and wife? eg, things one should NOT do? Hmm….”

My Answer:
Two people in a marriage are adults and should be in a loving relationship with each other, meaning that they should have respect for each other. So, within a consenting loving situation, where both feel happy to explore I believe all things are absolutely fine.
The key is love and respect.
If one spouse feels a particular position is degrading, then talk, communicate this with the other.
No-one should feel obliged to submit to the other’s spouse’s whims. It is a loving relationship where both should benefit.
When it comes to positions, it does not really matter which position, the man usually is fine, but not all women are.
Have you ever watched your friends’ feet at the beach? Isn’t it amazing how the toes are different lengths? Some people have one toe longer than the others …
The same is true with the female anatomy, women are all uniquely and beautifully different. Some have the clitoris more protruding than others; some have a longer gap between clitoris and vaginal opening. There are just endless permutations of fascinatingly different shapes, sizes etc.
So, the missionary position may just be perfect for one woman, yet another one might never reach an orgasm that way.
With all due respect to the gentlemen here, orgasms often come so much easier for the men, it really does not matter that much how, or in which way they do it, thus I believe in order for the wife to have pleasure, find out and explore which position would be the most comfortable and pleasurable for her.
